Rules and Information

What is this lead program and who can participate?

The program is for ZEISS IQS US employees, excluding sales, marketing, contingent and contract workers, to find leads for all ZEISS IQS products (except Accretech systems with no PCs). It is not for relatives of ZEISS employees, channel partners, customers, or potential customers.

Details

If any ZEISS IQS system is sold within 12 months from lead validity for a ZEISS CMM (used, demo or new), a ZEISS microscope, a ZEISS surface or form instrument) or within 18 months for an X-ray system, you will receive $750 for system sales under $100,000 and $1,500 for system sales over $100,000. Payment will be processed by payroll.

 

Submitting a Lead and How it is Handled

  1. Complete the form for the respective lead program. Be sure to read the rules and guidelines. Submitting the form implies acceptance. Print or save a copy of the confirmation page for your records.
  2. Learn if it is valid or invalid. When you provide a lead, it goes to the responsible ZEISS salesperson to review. That person checks to see if there is a lead already in existence in our CRM. If a lead does not exist, it is a valid lead. If it does exist, it is invalid. Valid leads move to the next step, while invalid leads are closed. The salesperson will inform you in an email if the lead is valid or invalid.
  3. Wait for a potential sale. A valid lead, like any lead, is routinely reviewed by the responsible salesperson. If the lead turns into a sale before the lead expiration date in the rules and guidelines, you will be informed of the sale.

Award Processing Requirements

When you have a sale of system that started from a lead submitted using the Employee Lead Finder program, the following sales information needs to sent to Marketing ([email protected]):

  • A copy of the lead and/or opportunity from CRM.
    • It can be an export or screen shot of the lead/opportunity entry.
  • The sales order number or the customer purchase order number.
  • Payment of any award is to Cost Center 9400000 and GL 449900.

Award Processing

Payroll will process payment of the won order. The employee will receive a $750 payment for system sales under $100,000 and a $1,500 payment for system sales over $100,000.

Payroll Informed

Marketing will send Hendrie Viktor an export of Won – Employee Lead Finder orders. Once reviewed and confirmed, payment will be initiated by payroll.
